Bafta Rocliffe New Writing 2024: “A really interesting to read - it’s great to read a main character who is Polish. That’s not something we see a lot, so it’s a breath of fresh air. Extremely interesting characters. What generally makes for a really cool idea is the combination of universal topics and relationships that are placed in a precinct that most people don’t know a lot about. This has both. Kudos to the writer for their creativity. The story is packed with so many different worlds colliding together that would keep viewers watching. There’s a lot of energy in this treatment and it doesn’t slow down at all! The rhythm builds and releases, builds and releases.”
